01 Introduction & Eligibility

• A copy of your national ID card or passport may be requested for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.

Verification Process:

6yv may verify your identity prior to a withdrawal or once a certain wagering threshold is reached. This process may include a photo ID, proof of address, and payment method verification. Withdrawals may be on hold until verification is complete.

03 Age Policy

6yv is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. Minors are completely prohibited from opening an account or using the platform.

If your device or account could be accessed by a minor, you are advised to use parental control software.

04 Deposit and Payment Rules

07 Betting Rules

To use 6yv's betting services, you must comply with the following rules.

Bet Acceptance:

• Once a bet is placed, it is considered final and cannot be cancelled except in the case of a technical error.
• During live betting, odds may change at any time after the match has started.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for the related bet will be refunded.

Match-Fixing & Fraud:

Match fixing, spot fixing, or betting with any form of unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be permanently closed and all winnings will be forfeited.

08 User Code of Conduct

6yv is committed to maintaining a healthy and respectful gaming environment. All users are required to follow the rules below.

Prohibited Activities:

• Harassing, insulting, or threatening other users.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets or play games.
• Attempting to access the platform from a restricted region using a VPN or proxy.
• Attempting to launder money or process illegal funds through 6yv.
• Intentionally exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs.
• Claiming bonus benefits through multiple accounts.

09 Security & Privacy

10 Account Suspension and Closure Policy

6yv may temporarily or permanently close your account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• Registering with false information.
• Involvement in fraudulent activities.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• If KYC verification fails or is refused.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

Whether a balance is refunded upon permanent account closure depends on the reason for closure. In cases of Terms violations, the balance may be forfeited.

11 Limitation of Liability

6yv assumes no liability for the following:

• If a game or bet is interrupted mid-way due to loss of internet connection.
• If your device or password falls into someone else's hands.
• If a delay or issue occurs with a third-party payment system.
• If service is temporarily unavailable due to unscheduled server maintenance or a technical outage.

Under no circumstances will 6yv's maximum liability exceed the actual balance in your account.

6yv reserves the right to modify, amend, or remove these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be notified on the platform along with the updated effective date.
